With the Drone at the end of an arrow, bowhunters no longer have to compromise. The solid-steel ferrule of this fixed-blade broadhead allows for a reduced surface area delivering unsurpassed results in accuracy, strength and penetration. The brawny ferrule, which when combined with Wasp’s exclusive Stainless Smart Tip (SST) and legendary blades, creates The Ultimate Broadhead™.
The pressed-on tip, always aligned with the blades, roars through bone and cartilage and creates a straight-cutting path for the blades to follow, leaving devastation in the wake of its 1-1/8” cutting diameter. After shooting this accurate fixed-blade broadhead, you just might be saying, "I wish my field tips were as accurate as my Drone."
Comes in a 3-pack that includes 2 sets of replacement blades.
Stainless Smart Tip
The edges of the SST tip line up with each blade and paves the way through bone and tissue, creating pathways for the blades to follow, resulting in better penetration. Not held together by tiny screws or pins, but pressed onto the ferrule, it will never come off or out of alignment. It’s one Smart tip!
Solid Steel Ferrule
Utilizing solid steel ferrules not only increases strength, but also allows us to reduce the surface area of the broadhead to improve flight. It’s aerodynamics 101: reduced surface area = fewer wind plane issues.
Razor Sharp Blades
In 1971, we created the first replaceable blade broadhead, and have been improving them ever since. We harden our blades to a point where we can get a razor-sharp edge while still being flexible and not brittle. This allows them to bend and not break if they have to crash through bone.
Field Point Accuracy
All our heads are designed to fly perfectly when shot from a well-tuned bow, but some of our heads feature a compact, reduced surface area to be more forgiving. Because let’s face it, things happen, tuning issues arise, and you still need to hit where you are aiming.
Wasp Drone Broadhead Test
We test our broadheads extensively in-house before we send them out to stores, but when we need a third-party broadhead test and review, we call Antler Geeks. They know how to put a broadhead through the ringer.

A great no-frills broadhead. Just stout, great flying and sharp. Plus the price is right!
right out of the package I sliced my finger . Very sharp durable and great broadhead
great broadhead, flies like a field point even from a fast bow shooting over 300 f.p.s’ , super sharp point and blades, probably one of the most underated broadheads around, made right here in the u.s.a.,and to top it all off they are priced right!
Great broad heads they shoot great, and are very sharp out of the box. They are also one of the best penetrating broad heads I have ever shot. Well worth the money!!
Great durable heads. they fly with my field points and perform every time. wasp broadheads are very underrated and they are AMERICAN MADE!!!!!! i couldnt ask for more in a broadhead sharp, durable and priced right. THANK YOU WASP!!!!
these things fly great and are very sharp, cant wait to see what they do to a roosevelt bull this September!!!
Wasp was the first broadhead i shot 30 years ago, were good then too.
Wasp broadheads are by far the sharpest blades I have ever seen. I honestly could shave with these things. Dead accurate and built tough. These are my go to fixed blade broadhead with the Boss right behind it
Critters beware!! Picked up a pack of drones to try out…. So WOW!! First off let me tell you they will skin your hide!!! After a few shots…. WOW!! They will fly like they got eyes!!! And after I let the air out of a critter with one I will be back to give it a 5th star on my rating. Thanx Wasp >>————————-> !!!!!!
Just got my first bow kill today. 35 yards flew perfectly and left a pretty good hole in the deer.
All I got to say is WOW. I love these broadheads. They are dead on didn’t even have to change anything.
Toughest, roughest, baddest broad head I’ve used. I shot a whitetail recently with the drone, I was blown away with the results. 22 yard shot, double lung clean pass through and the arrow dug up 6 inches in the dirt when it came out. Blades didn’t even have a single nick in them, and they were almost just as sharp as they were when they were new. Great broad head, can’t wait to see what wasp archery comes up with next!!!
This is the first fixed blade broad head that I can honestly say flies just like my field points!
They also fly extremely quiet with great wound channels.
I just shot my first deer of the 2015 season ( A nice 8 point buck) he went 40 yards max and piled up.
Great product at a reasonable price, I will continue to buy these heads.
Fantastic heads! Fly like field tips, and SHARP, man are they ever sharp. Once again an affordable and dependable wasp head.
Shot buck at 20 yds. quartering away with Drone. complete pass through , buck went 35yds. went down. Very accurate broadheads fly like field points. Excellent penatration. Been shooting Wasp Hammers for 20 years. Wasp makes one of the sharpest and strongest broadheads on the market. Will always shoot Wasp. Keep up the good work Wasp.
wow! my son in law gave me a pack of drones for my birthday.ok I will give them a try, they fly perfect,so far one fox one groundhog, one nice buck, same head!!!(changed blades after each)thanks wasp
Great accuracy.Out-shot my field points at 50 yards!Excellent durability.Love the performance on game. One whitetail, one Eastern shore siki deer, one groundhog.Longest blood trail 23 yards!!
Another popular mini broadhead that I tried flew great but on a quartering away shot, hit the lungs and the off side leg bone. Deer didn’t go far but on inspection, the point on the end was curled down! That convinced me to try the drone. flies like a field point, accurate, and according to petersens bowhunting, the drone was the sharpest broadhead tested in the fixed blade group. I did shot a buck with it. Hit both lungs and stuck in the dirt. On inspection the tip and broadhead held up great. Buck went about 70 yards! Thanks Wasp.
love the Drone broadhead ,accurate and does the job Thanks Wasp
Wow! Excellent broadhead. Here’s the story; Late 2015 archery season here in NH. Hunting from tree stand on top of steep bank. Had a 3 point (half of right side of rack broken off) come up about 10 yards away to the right and stop, top of small pine tree in the way. He turns and goes down hill in front of me moving pretty fast. I bleated and he stops 25 yards away (a little to fast) and only head and neck showing from a tree in front of him. Now at full draw waiting for him to take another step. He does BUT as hes does he immediately starts turning to go down hill where it really drops off. I shoot as he turns and did not but a great shot on him but thanks to the Wasp Drone he leaves a blood trail a blind man could follow. Ended up hitting him in hind quarter with arrow just coming out right lung. Broadhead still super, super sharp after all that. These are my go to choice from now on!
Outstanding head! I have been looking for an all steel broadhead to replace a model that is no longer made. My search has taken me through just about every head produced in the past five years. I used Wasp heads in the past with great success so I was excited to test these out. These heads are very well built, fly incredibly well and the blades are the sharpest in the industry. I am meticulous in my blade sharpness but with the Wasp blades I don’t have to resharpen them. Strong, sharp, accurate, the best broadheads on the market.
